Looking at these hands, I'd say your biggest leak is not value betting enough, not calling down with the worst hand. The AJ hand where you checked back two pair on the turn, the other one where you didn't raise a 1/6 pot bet on the turn with TPTK, and where you checked a flush on the river are all examples of missing value. Also this doesn't make any sense: "Should have bet a bit more preflop and on the flop but these morons are coming along no matter how much I bet."
Exactly, that's why you bet more when you have the best hand because they'll call a bigger bet with worse hands!
