don't let the downswing get to you (the day i follow my own advice there is a good day - im looking forward to it) and just take a break for a couple of days if you need it. the worst thing to do is convince yourself you need to play more to get through a bad patch.

thx man, i think ill just stop playing till friday evening/saturday and take your advice. I don't see how anything but a break can help me at this point.
