Work has been really busy and I'm running out of time for study and practice. Hopefully get some in this week. I now have some push/fold charts and will look to drill those into my head before next weekend.

I'll need to veer from the recommended call ranges though as I don't think Boris will be pushing anywhere near as loose as the equilibrium range. Does anybody have any rough rules of thumb for calling e.g. if I think he's pushing 20%, I should call 12%, if he's pushing 30%, I should call 20%, etc?
