Schedule hasn't been posted yet 'cause I'm still banging it out, trying to find one that works. (as an example I tried get up, run, shower, breakfast, ..., which failed horribly 'cause it meant I just never got out of bed. Get up without thinking about running, breakfast, run, ... works much better.)
But this is very much still in progress. I only seem to manage to meditate three or so times a week, rather than seven, but I'm hopeful that getting my schedule decided upon and posted will motivate me to stick to it more.
I have this book called "365 Zen - Daily Readings" which is basically just a collection of quotes from other books. Here's one that I really like, and since it's fairly clearly related to emotions/tilt, I'll post it here:
A man was rowing his boat upstream on a very misty morning. Suddenly, he saw another boat coming downstream, not trying to avoid him. It was coming straight at him. He shouted, "Be careful! Be careful!" but the boat came right into him, and his boat was almost sunk. The man became very angry, and began to shout at the other person, to give him a piece of his mind. But when he looked closely, he saw that there was no one in the other boat. - Thich Nhat Hanh, Being Peace
