Hand 1 - why are you shoving the turn? Just bet a normal size and GII on the river. You GII against bad players anyway and against ok people you give them a chance to fold.

Hand 2 - Bet bigger otf, like 16c. Calling the flop raise is ok. Checking turn is debatable I'd argue you should be betting against loose passive players. The only thing that makes it ok is the fact that he might fold PPs. Shoving river is ok I suppose. I prefer bet turn bet river though.
