I'm gonna keep smashing 25NL for now.

As of the end of JAN I am a little higher than 55BB/100 after 9K hands.
I can pick out any 1000 hand stretch during this period and am still showing high winrates
I had a total of 2 4-6 buy in downswings that I recovered from very quickly.
I'm showing hi winrates in every position, including UTG and both blinds.

The holes/leaks I am going to focus on in FEB are:
    - I have noticed I have a tendancy to widen my range preflop just to get involved with maniacs. Its as if the money is so easy that I cant wait... I plan to work on this by waiting for better spots to take the $$.
    - I plan to stop cbetting without equity unless I am cbetting nits
    - I plan to continue working on ranging and making a few more turn/river calls. I think I am losing a lot of value folding marginal hands.

    Goals for FEB are:

    - maintain my winrate
    - I am currently # 6 on PTR leaderboard for 25NL, my goal is to remain in the top TEN through Feb.
    - play atleast 8K hands
    - stay at 25NL, single tabling

    FEB PLAN

so I ended January off with a 47BB/100 winrate and decided theres no reason not to give 50NL a shot.

so, 6 days in, I was carrying a winrate of 40BB/100 and feeling pretty good, until I had my first "TILT" session of the year.

so I have position on villain who keeps shving stupid hands, and I have AJs.

I raise, he re-raises and I overshove. He snap calls with T8o and hits his T. crap

usually, I think to myself "who cares" ... I made good play and he hit ,, no biggy,,, I will get him later...
but, like many fishy half stack players do.... he left the table right after this hand...

so ... about 5 hands later, I get involved with a decent player holding ATs.
2 spades come on the flop, I raise he calls
I miss the turn but bet anyway, he re-raises... and I pretty much knew he had a straight and that I needed to hit my club to win...
but... tiiiiiiilt away,,, I over shove him and he calls.

    tilt sux.

I post this to remind myself to recognize tilt, slow down, back away, take a break.

    Good Play = profit
bad play = loss of money = stupid plays = tilt = more loss of $$

I lost 3 buy ins today after less than 100 hands. My goals is to collect myself and recoup 100% of this tonight and get back on track to smashing these fish.
