I don't like the call pre - even if CO and btn iso 15% each there, then you're limp/folding ~20% of the time, so you're already loosing 0.2bb/100. and then the blinds are still left to act. I don't really like an iso raise either because of the gaystacks behind you, who might raise/get it in with a fairly wide range.
Folding seems like the best play preflop.
I like the rest. Good fold on the river.
bet sizing seems fine. Turn bet/fold would be bad - you have 12 outs unless he has 68 which is a small part of his range - if he has 68 you still have 9... you need to make almost nothing compared to the pot on the river to make the turn call profitable. (hint: in NL you're rarely ever correct to fold a 9+ outs draw going to the next street if there's still money behind and villain isn't overbetting the pot.)
Turn bet is fine. - you're betting .4 into .75, so you only need ~35% FE if you loose every time he calls... I'm not gonna do the whole calculation, mainly because I'm incompetent, but with your 12 outs you don't even need 15% FE on the turn to break even.
