    Default JUNE 2007 GRAPHS/STATS

    How was it for you?

Here's my graph - it could pretty much have been created by random monkeys etc:

Despite the meh-ness, I had a four-figure month when r4keback and b0nus are taken into account. Go me, I guess

    I too show a decidedly haphazard-simian look.

More stats posted in my loser thread.

SNGs for fun and tiny negative profit:
    Blah blah Op Blah blah

Faith in Jesus Christ is +EV. That is all.

Played 100nl 6 max. Went through a little rut but ended the month with a little heater.

    Guys,

Sorry for the stupid question. I suppose these graphs are done through poker grapher, right? And how do you add other sites/usernames to the graph?

    Thanks!

jimmy - no prob, just download it - http://overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/PokerGrapher and select stuff under the options tab.

    this was my best month...

im happy about it, but i know i have a lot to learn still, so planning to go for a bit to 25nl to 200nl and do a bunch of experimenting.
then if things keep up...off to 5/10 and up!

Running about average, disappointed that I couldn't get in more hands this month. Goal for Juli 60k+ hands.

I had downloaded version 1.4.5 before and in options tab I can select sites but not different usernames ... as I don't have the same user name everywhere I can see only one ...
It is something to do with the fact that I have a default username in Pokertracker?

    PS: Gratz everyone!!

Jimmy, set up your aliases in PT...is on your general stats page, a really strange icon iirc.

WHen you click it it will let you add aliases from your PT list and then grapher will pick it up.

Mostly run bad att the cashgames NL100-Nl200-NL400. Shortstacked some NL1K/NL2K as well. $2K-$3K in tourneys. And a lot of tilt of course. Bad money management. But hey! I got a really cool room now with my new PC, monitors, TV, Wii, xbox360, laptop and stuffz.

My post virginity broken after over a year. This is the last 3 weeks since I switched to Full Ring playing full time. Really need to move up but keep having to withdraw from my bankroll as i'm a newly graduated poor student. I spend 5 hours each day studying poker theory and 5 hours playing, 7 days a week- i know, i have no life!

Does anybody have advice on moving up and living off earnings at the same time? My current plan involves withdrawing 70% of total profits(inc Rakeback) each week, reinvesting the remaining 30%, playing 50,000 hands a month. I like to keep a 40 buyin+ bankroll.

I really don't want to move into employment just yet as i make more 6tabling 50nl, and have an illness that will make working for somebody else difficult to say the least. So for now I need to live off my poker earnings whilst at the same time still moving up in limits. Any advice would be great. Sorry if this is a thread hijack.

This is my lifetime graph whilst at ipoker since around April 2007(maybe did 100,000 hands on full tilt and party during 2006 without any clear direction or specific strategy- made most of my mistakes on these sites).

I thought i'd post this as it shows how the stresses of university and other external factors really screwed with my results.

Oh, and i want to say a big thanks to all the reg posters at FTR, you've all helped to shape the game that I play today.

I've just created my own poker blog for anybody that would be kind enough to respond to the questions I asked in my above 2 posts.

    Thanks

    No hindsight for the blind.

Didn't play enough hands because the weather was nice and I was moving to a new city.

Inspired by sauce123's posts in the balla challenge blog I took another shot at 5/10, won a few buyins at first then lost some 200BB stacks and a 350BB one. The upswing right before that 10BI downswing was in the same session, so I didnt know I dropped ten stacks in 1k hands before I saw the graph.
