yeah it makes sense, the most played hands consist of an A, next most commonly played hand is Tx

Getting 3:1 or better with the second nut draw and TPGK isn't the worst mistake ever. Truthfully you have 14 outs although you can't think you do......

Thing about blind stealers is that they hardly ever let the charade go past the flop. If a known blind stealer sees a turn and shows aggression on turn, he more than likely wasn't kidding unless he's tricky.

That being said, this would be a difficult fold with as much as you have committed. I think checking turn to him would be weak, though.....

    MEH!!

for some reason im just getting too adjetated (sp?) when i lose a couple buyins at 200NL. at 100NL 6m or FR its really not a problem. at 100NL i can play with confidence but i keep thinking at 200NL im being played back at etc etc etc

Ok guys I think my operation thread is coming to an end. I have to withdraw a sizable chunk to put deposits on new place to rent and also for my car insurance. So 10K BR operation will have to be put off for awhile. Im going to keep enough to play 100NL though, about 3K+ BR is plenty. I never want to return to a stake below that. I suppose I should happy about where im at coz I thought it would take a hell of alot longer to get to where im at. Original operation title was something like get to 100NL by the end of the year lol.

Now I will probably just grind Everest 100NL FR till my BR is up and running strong again, ie focusing more on money than developing as a player (ie for rent money). Im unsure of my plan but I want to get my rent paid first of all, so when i win €550 ill withdraw that and then maybe play 6max (basically now i try to get better than grind FR), rinse repeat start of each month. But we will see coz ill probably change my mind at some stage, anyone who pays rent via BR can chime in with their thoughts. I have never withdrawn before but Id like to see poker positive affect my standard of living abit even if it is just rent. I beleive my BR can still grow each month coz i should be able to pull in around 2K each month anyway.

And since im moving again shouldnt i be able to start over all my bonus whoring?? get PP and Empire bonuses again on new accounts, may have to change deposit method, any ideas?

    ok im back lol

Quick update I did withdraw 2600 from BR leaving me with around 4500 i think.

Then I went grinding *YAWN* 100NL FR 8 Tables *YAWN* but its fair;y easy at FR. Up about +$540 or so. Im not gonna comment on any 100NL games I play from now on, maybe just say what I won/lost.

Instead I will just post my step up to 200NL, came to me as I played a 200NL 6m session last night for +$647 or so WOOT WOOT. I was bored last night and after half an hour I said id give 200NL a go. I had dsmrolla ghost me which brought me some fun but it was hard to talk, 4 table everest coz the game goes so fast and you dont get extra time. In the short 40-60 minute session there were a ton of tough hands but i got dealt alotta good un's.

Ill try post them later, lots of hands where you could use different lines.

Some hands from yesterday which i found troublesome. Without reads how do you like/dislike the second barrel??? Thats really my oply query on this hand but i think is a question that can apply to alot of lowish crap flops. I 2nd barrel A and K but is T a poor card to fire with?

My thoughts....which may not be worth crap.

Hand 1, he calls behind you both preflop and on a pretty drawless board (unless he likes suited one gappers). Best case he is floating with overcards, but he could very likely have a PP that has you beat. You could play either way, folding to a turn raise if you bet. I think I check./fold because I don't think that T will scare him all that much.

I like the second barrel in the T8 hand, but I think preflop is a raise if you are going to play, although limping isn't bad.

Hand 2, three-bets on paired boards are usually bluffs (Yeti theorem). I don't think 4 bets are. Plus he raises an amount to keep you in the hand. I think I could let this go.

I think you have to give him credit in hand 3 unless you know he will routinely float with junk.

I think TT hand is fine, but you might have more FE with a CR here?

I just call in hand 4 to see if Ollie wants to come along for the ride. Push a lot of turns. Ollie's stack is what's giving you your implied odds, but you have too good of a hand to fold to the shortstack.

Unless you know he's chasing draws in hand 5, I think I check behind.

Hand 6 is easy turn fold. You may only have 5 outs max if you are behind.

I think I check behind turn in hand 7 and call any reasonable river bet. As played you almost have to call for odds. He check raised the flop, which he could do with a lot of draws or AQ/set with the board as wet as it is. You only beat the draws right now and prolly have less equity than the draws do. Double check raise means you are definitely behind IMO but you are committed. Hopefully he has lower flush or set and you outdraw him. This PP was overplayed (sort of like I did recently )

i agree now and have learned abit more about 2nd barrelling. Defo a nice move Ive added over the last month which I had rarely used (or logically thought of anyway)

Hand 2, three-bets on paired boards are usually bluffs (Yeti theorem). I don't think 4 bets are. Plus he raises an amount to keep you in the hand. I think I could let this go.

well good players think they are bluffs!! poor players could beleive them. I couldnt make my mind up whether his 4 bet was strong so i folded. he showed TT gg. I really fecking thought so but meh.

I think you have to give him credit in hand 3 unless you know he will routinely float with junk.

fucked up HH, opp did minraise me and i folded. oops

I think TT hand is fine, but you might have more FE with a CR here?

i dunno, id probably not do it with holdings like this vs relative unknowns

I just call in hand 4 to see if Ollie wants to come along for the ride. Push a lot of turns. Ollie's stack is what's giving you your implied odds, but you have too good of a hand to fold to the shortstack.

i called and ollie folded. opp showed A6s. and hit his gutshot. i thought i won till it shiped to him. WTF is happening???????oh straight.

Unless you know he's chasing draws in hand 5, I think I check behind.

    yup spew tastic

Hand 6 is easy turn fold. You may only have 5 outs max if you are behind.

yup just tough on me but i thought id liek to ask you guys.

Well river was a blank and i still took it down, prima doesnt let you see mucked cards so i dunno what he had. im being results oriented here coz i liked my play. doh!!

Ok another shot at 200NL was taken yesterday. I grinded +$234 at 100NL FR then switched up to 200NL. Was up +$200 exactly at one stage through winning medium pots so no real hands to report. I finished in the end -$3 and ended the session.

    Hand 1

I made a balls of it preflop. Tugboatcap was running 40/30 so i wasnt worried about him but the 3 bettor was running 20/8. I definitly think I should of 4 bet PF since the 3 bet was so small (in hindsight he could of misclicked also, meh). 4 betting PF would of made this a hell of alot easier to play, though I think flop damn near plays itself.

Took another shot again today after i went in to do overtime in work. Played 2 200NL games along with 6 100Nl games (all FR).

I dont really wanna post much about 100NL since im happy with my game at that level. Theres a villian there that is unpredictable for me to read, i dont think he is any good but is just ONE of those kinda players who thinks he can play postflop. He doesnt get to outta line PF but postflop seems to think every hand can be taken down, he loves the c/c, lead turn play which pisses me off.

So i ended up playing this guy again, he used similiar line (excluding river) but i folded on turn. I had KQo and missed though he lead flop and i repopped, he lead turn and i folded. Hows my line here? what do you reckon im repping?

took another shot but at 6max this time. ended up -$81 but got about 18-20 back in RB. donked off $25 in PLO though.

I played quite solid and told myslef to play a tight game. sadly i did spew on one hand. I thought it was ok to bet flop at the time but its not a good spot. c/f should be the order of the day, and why oh why do i try push fish off on the river why??

PLayed for a little over an hour (400 hands) tonight for +$108 plus $10 RB so all good at 200NL 6max. Im gonna try stick to 6 max coz I feel im jumping in and out of FR and 6max and dont feel im improving.

    Hand 1

Opp had been playing back at me on 2 other tables. esp one particular hand where he showed 52s and i folded. he had air. so in the present hand im not folding but kinda slowplaying my overpair, i wanted to c/r turn ( almost regardless of the card). im not worried about the flush on the river.

OK thats about all the juicy hands. Not much happened. I also got time to watch a CR vid.

What I learned from it was to watch out for spots like:

PF: I got AK in EP

FLop: Im OOP against a caller on AQT rainbow or not type board. But DONT c/b. I think Ive always bet c/b'd here.

Plz leave some comments on hands if you disagree.

On hand 1, I know you might loose some value on this hand (however, I think this is +EV on the long run), but against aggressive villains like that one, why don't you check the A on the river as see villain bluff the river? You might be able to stack better, no?

opp had only around $95 left and the pot was roughly $150+. I shove coz i know he aint got a flush or made str8 (or very very unlikely) BUT he knows i aint got a flush or str8. he has been making alot of moves vs me so i think im betting for value here expecting to be called more than c/c line would provide given the final texture of the board. checking a flush and str8 type board which opp could easily check behind on aint goot i like betting here.

Had another 200NL session at prima, im happy enough with that. I think a leak of mine is not SAVING money when you should know a bet doesnt have any value. i think this hand below shows that........i had about 80-90 left on the river and thought of shoving since the pot was so big anyway and i assumed there is still value in shoving but i dont think there is at all. more so a tilt monkey thing just wanting me to shove.

raising here would be a bad move since he obv has a made flush. so now im the one drawing, im not getting great odds but i can easily make that up on the river. shoving here will ONLY get called by stronger hands.

Opp line is very passive coz he just called flop bet which was a decent size but he knew that if he checked the turn its very likely i could check behind turn and get a free card to fill up so he bet.

    Another day another few dollars

+$314 on PT along with roughly $70 in RB. also cleared abit of the lump sum bonuses on everest and prima, thos are gonna take awhile.

PLayed on Everest in the morning session and was down -$258 or so. I really was bored and played with little entusiasm over just 200 odd hands. again i pllayed a mix of 100NL and 200NL FR. Lost 2 big pots.......

I will rethink the last one there coz there could be some room for improvement or maybe thats the way it had to be played after flop given opp's stacks

Later session i played ONLY 6max and added 2 more tables on prima. so now im 6 tabling which i think has helped my lose some FPS. Over 1600 hands for +$572 running at 9 BB/100 so Im happy.

I hope to review all those hands tomorrow for improvement. I think I should start really nit picking at my HHs which i dont do apart from my big wins/losses on each session.

BR - I really dunno lol tough to keep track across so many sites

    Another day done...

730 hands for +$348 plus about $33 in RB

Only 2 real interesting hands at the very start of my session. opp was 60/14/2.8 over piss all hands.

Hand 1 - Not good to always call here on turn coz it can be quite a set type line.

Good day overall again, 200NL is treating me well at the moment. Getting used to 6max though ill have to put in some serious time to FR soon if i want to clear the $250 bonus everest gave me coz the T&C suck.

BTW on a side ive placed about $520 on stars as part of my Omaha bankroll, last session I broke even while 8 tabling 25PLO. I still suck at the game but havent been able to improve much so i may have to get PT for Omaha so i can review my sessions more frequently.

    morning session +$283

Not so much a taking shots thread now but im not quite a full time 200NL player yet. Im happy enough with things at the moment though there are players i still find it tough to play against.

EDIT: PLayed a short FR session on EVP to try clear the bonus. Im was then up overall +$542 for the whole day on PT. Sweet. ALready July is looking real good, hope it stays that way.

Had a real quick session last night and chatted some with Anosmic over vent. +$120 for about 50 minutes effort while ive just gone over 33% completeness of the EVP bonus that i really have to put time into to clear, its kinda ok but its FR and its auto-pilot stuff. i like to play there coz i dont have too many tough decisions.

I bought PT for Omaha the weekend cz i wanna keep track of whats going on. Overall down $71 over less than 2K hands.

Should have more time tonight and tomorrow coz the gf is meeting mates of hers. I getting a healthy disrespect for $200 buyins, its really crazy since ive just over a buyin in my bank account and ill use my credit card to pay the rent due.

    um...
  30. #255
Yup Warpe its true lol, rent due mid month is once off to align payments to start on the 1st of every month. Thats grand since i get paid at the end of the month anyway. RL Monies are low due to moving house (plus deposit), been on holiday, car insurance of €1160. July was always to be a tight ass month for money.

Onto poker, played a 3 1/2 session last night for a whooping +$4.87. Jealous?? I was so card dead and when i played I whiffed. So many PPs i raised up went nowhere. Im not moaning coz I beleive I played GREAT poker. I think I really have control over my emotions at the table. I used to get frustrated abit when i go down like a full buyin+ just due to getting ground down. Now I think I can play out of these spots, just like what liverpool did to milan in the champions league final. I go down $300+ bucks but I can come back within a few hours.

One hand where I maybe would of lost it before was i PFR JJ, one caller in LP, flop 98x and i get c/r'd. I found the fold vs an unknown guy with 75BB. I was able to still think clearly and play on for another few hours. I was very happy that I found the BE spot coz it was just one of those sessions where nothing could go your way so damage/tilt control was priority in keeping my mind aligned with what i want to do.

Before if i found myself getting frustrated i had the ability to leave the game. can be hard when you only have a chance of a 2 hour block of play and so force yourself to play regardless of fatigue or attitude. Maybe this ability to just walk away has made me more relaxed when im paying against the deck or beats.

Rant over. BTW i was 8 tbling FR 200NL, really doesnt look like i can clear the EVP bonus. in a 3.5 hour session i cleared 1400 points out of 9000. now ive 4500/9000 so its just gonna take to much effort before the 18th of July to play IMHO.

Went - $268 last night i think over about 30 minutes play. Went horrible, 3 bets where getting played back at PF and Postflop. Problem was i had JJ most times so stacking off wasnt a great idea so i didnt make a move. in general i got played back at alot but not from certain players at all which leads me to beleive it was bad variance, i hope.

Defo a very tough session which i beleive was correct for me to pack up and go play Pro Evo. I really struggled focusing last night too.

Maybe tonight will be different coz the gf is heading out and ive the option to play again.

    Admittance

I just wanted to add some thoughts on my own play and what has been going through my head since last night.

I was 6 tabling Prima 6max last night and didnt have a good session. But besides that I kinda/did struggle with the amount of tables I played this time (during the week was okay), there is TOO much overlap on my screen for these seriously even 4 tabling cuts about half of 2 tables off (ALL sites should get with the resizing tables thingy). So I felt rushed to make moves last night so I likely (havent checked PT to review it) made poor plays.

EDIT: I reread my post for mistakes and realised Ive near stopped making notes on ppl coz Ive little time. Prima doesnt have a handy ''previous hand'' option so i forget/dont have time to go back to PT for a specific hand during the session. Another reason to drop my real good RB deal and Bonus.

In conclusion I cannot/should not play more than 4 tables on Prima bcoz I become a robot, the software isnt as user friendly as on some sites. Plus and I think this is clear to say I WILL NOT BECOME A BETTER PLAYER!!

This I feel is a major problem I have in balancing my poker life.........

Less tables=improving and reaching higher stakes
More tables=grind a few Gs a month and may be struggle taking shots

Problem is I REALLY REALLY want to be a real good player but i also want those few Gs now

So I also came across this thread on 2+2 aswell as reading up on this ''less tables'' topic

    http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...0#Post10999768

My head is beginning to melt right now regards this subject and I really need to decide what I want. Its always easier to just play the game instead of really thinking about what each bet/call/shove actually accomplishs. We are told (i think Massimo said it somewhere on the forums, maybe ISF) whats standard etc but do I really know exactly why, the exact details of whats deemed standard, Am i making the play purely coz a good player just told me what to do. Hope that part made sense

I wanna play 5/10 bcoz then ill think i feel im a good player. I will have to go through 1/2 (currently at), 2/4 and 3/6. Thats alot of work and perhaps cutting down to fewer tables will help me best prepare for the next level!!! Definitely something I should think hard about.

Rant Over. If anyone has any further thoughts or beliefs they have on these things then do share.
Jman: every time the action is to you, it's an opportunity for you to make the perfect play.
  33. #258
Doesn't Prima have something called mini-view? I remember reading that on some 2p2 thread I think. If not, you should buy an external monitor! They're not that expensive and probably worth it if the overlap bothers you that much.

If you don't have the time to take notes on players, you're definitely playing too many tables. I usually play 4 6max tables and find that's just about right, but everyone's different.
  34. #259
do both. be the better player you wanna be, and make the money you wanna make.

people often say, "i'm a 200NL player," but that's the wrong place to be. they'll grind grind grind until they have enough buyins at the next level.

say 30 buyins is your bankroll threshold. at 200NL that is $6000. to move up to $400 you would need $12000. that means you need to grind $6k before moving up.

the problem you're facing is this "in between" area of your bankroll, where you don't have the bankroll for 400NL, but you're over bankrolled for 200NL.

i read a really good post on 2+2, i forget who so i can't give credit (it's in the sticky somewhere). basically he said that we should not be calling ourselves "200NL" players. we should be calling ourselves "50-200NL players."

20 buyins, and take shots when you win 4 or 5 sessions. drop down when you lose 4 or 5 sessions. so, you are actually getting better as a player, because you need to keep readjusting to your opponents at the different levels. also, when you go on a heater, it's HUGE because you're actually doubling your heater potential every time you move up.

me, i'm too much of a bankroll nit to practice this.

btw, prima's miniview's the best one out there...except every so often your opponent will bet $21.53 and the chips over the pot size.
  35. #260
thx guys, yeah the mini view is there but no HUD then. i think 4 tbls should be fine.

I'm curious, do you play FR only at Everest? I find that their FR is much softer then the 6max tables there and was thinking about leaving some of my roll there to clear the odd bonus while playing 6max elsewhere. Just wondering if you're doing something similar and if so how are you finding that?
  37. #262
    exactly trashcona,

On EVP i only play FR and thats the only place i play FR.

Phew this took ages to convert but i made it through. The HH converter wouldnt group hands so i did it individually.

Ok heres a summary of my whole session, plz have a look and leave some comment. I may decide to post some HHs on their own in the SH forum.

Hand 1: Opp stats havent yet shown up. PF is ok. On flop I think Ive taking a good line by just calling his lead bet and re-evaluate on turn, i do beleive im ahead at the moment but the board is bad for me in some ways so ill peel off a card. If if was to repop on flop i could get into a very tough spot if played back at, given opp's bet size i wanna keep pot small for the moment (note if i did raise and get called the pot would be unmanagable IMO). Turn aint is an okay card, opp leads for same amt ie. i feel he is weak and im ahead right now so i repop. In hindsight i didnt like the size of my bet, it should have been bigger so i could better evaluate the spot. Opp then repopped me on turn, i racked my head for the type of hand he could have and shoved. Any estimates on opp's range??

Hand 2: PFR is to isolate weak player. opp is loose but also has high PFR%. has an aggro level but also plays passive sometimes. I check turn to pick off a river bet, i figure he is bluffing IMO (his river AF was 6 compared to much lower AF on other streets) I think i could be ahead here a good amount of time but in hindsight i still dont know if its 2:1 type decision.

Hand 13: what do you make of river?? i wanted it to look more like a bluff/3 barrel AK type hand. I figured it could possibly play out like that and i repped that hand too. Whether i could have gone for value with a smaller bet i would still have very little behind and therefore give off that i am indeed strong.

Comments on hands and my logic woudl be appreciated. On a persoanl note i finished work on friday and am off work (paid) for 8 weeks so i study for my finals in september. Once i do them im finished with exams forever (hopefully) and become a qualified chartered accountant.

Lol this is probably my longest post.

Hand 1: There are too many cards that can come on the turn/river that will make your hand more difficult to play. Raise the flop, and i would definitely fold to a reraise and check behind turn if called. If the river were to blank (no Q, K, A, 8, or spade) i would call a reasonable bet.

Hand 2: IMO villans range after the flop is (2-2, 6-6, A-x, random float). I guess if you think he floats a lot, particularly on hit/miss boards like this one, then i like the way you played the hand.

Hand 3: i think you have to just float this on the flop, and hope villan will keep firing. A-A top set in reraised pot is very difficult to extract value with.

Hand 4: with a hand like A-Q (a hand that does reasonably well against a light 3bettors range), i prefer to call and c/r or reraise any flop with a Queen, Ace, or that gives A-Q a draw. Also include K-x-x flops since those are pretty unlikely to have hit villans hand and you probably have 3 or more outs if you get called. If i am going to 4bet a 3bettor i would prefer to do it with A-xs or a pocket pair (something with good equity against his 4bet calling range (K-K+, A-K).

Hand 5: i think it looks fine. Nasty spot though

Hand 6: Both villans probably have a pretty similar range (PP, A-Q+, SC's). On this particular flop vs two opponents i feel a continuation bet can be avoided, since you are WB a set and essentially racing with As-xs, and only slightly ahead of a straight draw. With 2 players in the hand i feel it is very likely this flop helped one of them. I would c/f this flop in a 3way pot.

One extra thought: Q-Q probably isn't even going to be too willing to give action on this board since it helps a lot of PP's that might have taken this flop, and it is still behind K-K+ (which you could easily have). However since you could be squeezing with a wide range here i guess villan could put a lot more A-x hands in your range as well. This paragraph was pretty confusing but just something i thought of.

Hand 7: anything you are afraid of giving a free card to? Limping A-x is pretty standard for weaker players, and again since there is more than one player in the pot i feel a c-bet can be avoided.

Hand 8: If he has been floating your c-bets a lot and you actually have a hand i would make a larger river bet. Villan will likely see your large river bet as another attempt by you to steal the pot. I would make the bet close to pot size. He isn't calling $54 with air and folding to $80. Likewise i feel villan will call $54 with A-x and also call $80.

    Hand 8(2): completely standard.

Hand 10: I would fold this in the heat of the moment. Most weak players will continue to c/c with a hand like MP or TPNK if that is what they have done the rest of the hand. The fact that he came to life on the river on a card that seems to be a blank is concering to me, particularly since there is really only the straight draw he could be chasing. IMO at least more than 75% of the time this river bet by villan is a hand that is better than yours so i would fold.

Hand 11: you are ahead of Buttons opening range. I think you need to reraise here, probably to $18 or so. As played turn action is unusual but villan could easily have Ad-xd so i think it looks fine.

    Hand 12: looks fine.

Hand 13: Villan is probably holding a pocket pair 6-6 - 9-9. I feel a bet of $40-45 has a higher expectation than an overbet since the smaller bet almost always would get called. From villans POV i would interpret your river bet as very strong, unless i knew you had been very aggressive i would give you credit for a real hand. If villan has a tendency to make Hero calls then i like a shove but with no reads/history i like a smaller bet better.

I understand your logic here but if we raise flop and i beleive opp WILL call/shove then we are giving a free card on turn ANYWAY bcoz the pot will be so so big that any bet we make on turn will kinda commit us. we would have so little info but so much of our stack is going in. i think calling flop is cheaper, gets more info, keeps pot controllable.

EDIT: The above is bad advice, raise flop is WAY better

I dont squeeze much so i doubt opp would be correct in thinking its a play id use.

Well yesterday I got about 2 hours coaching from a CR guy. It was astonishing the stuff he touched on and it was only the basics he had a different angle on like table selection, note taking, regs and fish. real simple stuff but i wouldnt do it normally. It was tough to 4 tbl and talk but i dropped to 2 tbl which were ok (down $300 FWIW overall). the tables were kinda breaking up which sucked but we switched to look at PT for just over an hour and boy was that better than him sweating me. Went through all my embarrasing plays whether they be winners or losers, lol i was embarrased by alot but he analysed them really well. Anyway i was well impressed and will probably take some more in future.

I never know PT had a note section in the hand replayer and he used it to anaylise his play often, just describing the hand as it played and jot down other lines, better VB etc etc. ANyway loved it and cant wait to play poker soon though probably not today xbcoz i gotta study for my finals some. peace out.

little status update, im on a 2K downswing. was up 2.8K over the first half and now im down to just 800.

good news is ive stopped playing horribly but variance is still biting me a little. Just getting outdrawn in medium sized pots and having to make laydowns mostly.

Ive still enough BR to keep playing 200NL but i do hope it improves quickly bcoz im losing at least a buyin a day. hopefully soon prima will release my 1K bonus within about 1-2 weeks left of clearing that monster.
Jman: every time the action is to you, it's an opportunity for you to make the perfect play.

Im going through such a bad patch as a player right now its crazy. Its not variance, its me. Why do i want to make plays when i know im beat, Why do i seem to want to put my chips in way behind knowing it hurts my BR and force me to drop in stakes.

I was up around +$300 today but ended up down 550 i think. PT is all fucked up when importing and when i reset Prima DB it deleted all of todays HHs so i have zero stats. PT should of been importing them fuck sake.

I gotta be done with 200NL now, Im just making plays that i know are hurting me so so much. I dont understand WTF/why imm doing them. Some need to gamble?? Thinking this is playing back at me when i hold KK on 236 FD board when he is a fucking nit?? i started todays session so well and was in a good mood and really playing well but then it hits me a i dont wanna lay shit down again.

I gotta build back my roll form 100NL or regain composure, not confidence. PLus my roll is all over different sites and neteller are fucking tards bcoz they say they cannot contact me by phone. They say me phone rings but i dont pick up, but my phone doesnt ring. load of fucking balls.

Ok ive roughly little over 6K left after i was up at 8.6K a week and a half ago.

Well since ive deleted all the HHs from today by mistake. Ive gotta re-evaluate what i wanna do from now to get back to the form i had before my Mental Crash (not a DS). I dont really feel the need to review my previous HHs (though it does help) for major flaws bcoz i know exactly what ive done wrong btu i just keep making a same mistakes for stupid stupid reasons.

    Hi Flups,

    Thanks for your compliment.

Well the 2tbl vid i made was pretty uneventful to be honest, i broke it into 2 parts but during the break i got my AA AI vs KK and held up so the biggest hand of the evening wasnt even recorded The vid was somewhat theraputic (sp?) though and i enjoyed it.

The vid contest got messed up sadly. I had never known who exactly i could get them up on the web. The vids i made where like 660+mb while megauploads max is 500mb and FTR server wouldnt ever let me upload to that.

I made a 2tbl 25NL FR vid a few days ago while breaking form my normal game i may be able to post. Sadly alot of vids have been uneventful and i didnt really think much about what i wanted to say on the vids either. Its really just a beginner type vid tbh. I will also see if i can get my 200NL 6max vid up too. WOnt happen to fast bcoz i real busy lately.

    Cheers

    DG

well today sucked, lost $680 so my BR is around 5.8K or so.

Think i played all right though i pushed a few edges and didnt take down the pot. variance kicked my ass today and im disappointed i couldnt get 2 winning sessions in a row. sadly this pushes me back alot regards 200NL which i feel i can crush but i cant let ego in the way so if i still keep dropping BIs then ill have to drop to 100NL. no shame in it, not there yet tho

ok a little update!! Bankroll is now $4K, WTF!!! lol no i have decided i want to treat myself to a new computer for $1.6K, poker has been abit tough lately since i had a BR high of 8.6K and lost 3K in 3 weeks. I just wanted to have something to show for all the effort i put into on the computer. I will be getting a 22 inch monitor to replace my laptop 15-16 inch so there shouldnt be so much overlap on my screen plus my folks are buying my current laptop for 250 since thye have wanted upgrade for awhile now but they are just casual users.

Ive decided to just stick at 100NL for another while on 4K which is fine/okay and ill just grind away for another while yet.

This maybe cause to let this thread die too but we shall see.

BTW, don't you dare turning up at my tables
  64. #289
so so close to clearing the 1K bonus but im dying here!! ive had one winning session within the last 2.5 weeks. Im getting tired and sick of this shit now, lost 2 flips for stacks then i get stacked again on a fucking crazy hand from a reg who made a horrible play. WTF i hate poker, i could almost quit now

Iv eplaying alot lately i guess but ill try just stick to 200NL for this thread now

Played some 200NL today and went reasonably alright. Had triptanes at my table for a small bit. ended up $89 and worked a tiny bit off the elusive 1K bonus ive like 98% completed. also i played 409 hands while 4 tbling, decided to stop prematurely due to a bit of tiredness but more so to lack of good tables going.

Some hands and first;ly a controversial one
