anyway, I'm within a buyin (i'm still playing 50nl) of a $5000 bankroll now... it's been slow coming, but it seems almost inevitable - but. Always a but? I'm about to take a week or two of next to zero poker, so it may take a while after all
poker at the moment is interesting. I installed PT3 and it seemed to be working ok, so i got rid of PT2. Ooops. Anyway, I've decided to wait until there's a stable PT3 build, and the last 10k (ish) hands I've been 12-tabling with no HUD, no stats, nothing. Just watching lines and truly ABC-ing. Seems to be working just fine. I'll approach HUD stats differently when i get them back, they're only a tool, not a substitute for playing poker.
Also been thinking about my a-game vs my tired (or whatever excuse) game. I'm building an ok tired-game - based on 13-10 pre-flop styles and not a lot of calling postflop. I think I need a decent b-game, cos I play tired sometimes...
anyway, looks like I'll be playing 100nl from July - especially as I'm expecting bankroll-boosting bonuses from Full Tilt then (confirmed, as long as I make ironman this month), mayber everest, and probably party.
poker is going just fine.
