I do realize that if I were to ever play poker more seriously for money reasons, I would have to consider ring. That makes me sad

Hypothetically, if I were to start playing ring, where should I start given my bankroll combined with my lack of experience? Should I start at NL100? I have never played higher than NL25, so that would scare me to death. I never played ring unless it was for a PP bonus, so I have pretty much no experience.
