Terms
1) CBAT will be given $2,000 for 100NL by BooG on Lock Poker of the Merge Network.

2) Money won at tables and via rakeback will be distributed exactly 50/50.

3) The agreement between both players will be re-evaluated when CBAT wins a total of 40 buy-ins with both players having the option to opt-out or agree to new terms.

4) 4) CBAT will provide a weekly screenshot of his winnings via HEM as well as a rakeback report via Merge's Rakeback Report screen every Sunday (except the week of May 29th where CBAT will provide his report on May 30th). Payment will be sent after each update.

5) CBAT will drop down to 50NL if he drops down to $1,200.

6) If DOJ happens to suspend real money play for Americans at Merge, the money lost will be BooG's responsibility. If/when money is given back, it will be appropriately split and agreement will become null and void.

I have complete confidence in CBAT doing well at Merge.

If a mod reads this, please edit the initial post. I want a space between second/third line and 'Terms' to be underlined.

But in all seriousness, can a mod add:

Week 1 (ending May 22nd):



Rakeback report isn't counting today which was about the same as the 19th. So overall I am down about a buyin. No shipaments this week, but I plan to change that next week as I get more adjusted to the software of course.

Yeah. There's something about the software that makes it tough to grind long sessions. I still find myself getting accustomed to the software.
