    US Players Allowed Daily Fantasy Sports Getting Hammered

    Well it's now banned in Nevada, Florida is staging a grand jury probe and the FBI is investigating the FanDuel/DraftKings scandal. I wonder how far this is going to go.

    Note that SI is a pain in the ass without an ad blocker.


    Among other things, the article says/implies the following:
    The NCAA has maintained that daily and season-long fantasy games fall under the umbrella of gambling.
    The NCAA bans athletes from participating in fantasy games regardless of sport.
    Fanduel does not plan to make changes at this time. In other words, they plan to continue offering fantasy games on NCAA events.
