This question gets asked a lot and the best answer I think is that a good player shouldn't be at any one particular micro-stakes long enough to become close to realizing what their true win-rate is (if that's even possible) let alone characterize it as good or bad. But, if you want something to compare to, check out my blog "How High Can You Get". I started from $2NL and am currently @ $50NL on the verge I believe of being able to play $100NL.
