Default Win Rates at Each Level

This question goes out to some of the more experienced players here on FTR who have been using software for a good while now. What are we shooting for in terms of bb/100 or ptbb/100 at each level? I've never kept very good records up until last week when I started using PT3. I figure if we're averaging over 20ptbb/100 we're on some sort of roll. But if we're hovering around only 1 or 2 there's probably some things we should be doing better. And just to clarify, I'm not talking about per session, I'm referring to a half-way decent sample size of at least 10K hands. So, what should we be content with at $5NL through $100NL?

Im opedipus bitch, the original balla.
If you are averaging over 20ptbb/100 your as GOD.

A respectable winrate is considered to be around 3ptbb/100 (or 6bb/100). Of course the micro stakes will probably be higher, but 3ptbb/100 is respectable at all stakes (that I have experience with so 100nl and below).

Most massive multi-tabling regulars can't get 3 ptbb/100 at 50nl or higher. At 25nl and under, anything over 4 ptbb/100 is good.

wondering where the 3 extra chairs at my 6max table came from
    > 3ptbb/100 over 50K hands... and I'm also a total bankroll nit, so want at least 40 BIs before moving up. (my experience only goes as far as $25NL tho'....)
