i'd fold pre as played i don't understand why u call pre oop vs a guy u have no real significant 3 bet stats on.
he's been tight, then u flop a queen and u won't stack off.
don't really understand what u were hoping for.
    smells like brainspazz.

also given the positions i don't think u can assume he was 3betting light pre. Especially not vs a 12/10 over 90 hands

I think u kind of leveled yourself into thinking he was doing it light cuz he had the BTN in this hand. 10 nl pokerstars 12/10 you open in EP , it's no bluff mate

Raise pre is fine but fold to his 3bet, esp when you are oop. The worst hand he is probably 3betting is AQ

Since you called pre, bet-fold the flop.

Suited this is an auto-call pre-flop.

Post-flop this really depends. I would probably check-raise all-in if he's c-betting here a very high % of the time.

For the line you took to be profitable, you need to be confident that he's betting the flop with worse hands and usually checking them behind on the turn.

Went back over the hand after reading Fnords post. Btn 3bet is small enough that we're getting expressed odds to call even before MP1 calls. So yeah, I get auto call. Question is are we mostly folding this flop if we aren't c/ring?

What are we doing if we flop xxdd?

What's his 3-bet range? Is he c-betting AK/TT/air sorts of things here?

But yeah, that would be my default plan. If I think he's out of line or bet/folding too much I would c/r all-in on some boards with a single diamond and ideally no paint.

Against a flat out maniac, I'm going with the hand unimproved a lot (and calling a lot of worse hands pre-flop....)

Get lots of money in, preferably on the flop.
