What's my line here?

This is a spot where I feel I'm losing a lot of value post flop because I don't know what to do. The CO here has $12 behind an $8 pot and checks to me, when I'm pretty sure I have the best hand at the moment. I'm also pretty sure I should cbet, but how much? Usually on this type of pot I'd put in around $5.5-7, but I'm not sure if it should be more (or less?) based on my opponents stack size.

I'd probably bet somewhere around the amount you were mentioning, maybe $5ish. You are almost always ahead here. $5-6 should be fine. Then obvious turn is an easy shove almost regardless of what comes.

I really don't like the PF 3-bet with TT. There are going to be a LOT of flops that you don't want to see with that hand. I usually like to just call with it PF and evaluate after the flop.

Even in 6-max? I was under the impression that TT+ is always a 3 bet except for balance (which I don't really practice at 25nl). And even so, isn't it better to make a raise in position with two players in the pot and the blinds still to go, hoping to get heads up?

No, 3-betting with TT in 6max for value should be an exception not the norm. It all depends on your opponents.

As for your hand, I usually bet like $3 or something really cheap to keep him in with a ton of his range and then you can ship the turn. Another line I've been experimenting with is just shoving the flop. Seems like some PP will still call and for some reason people will call with overs.

Definitely not always a 3bet, I flat TT/JJ in position like 90% of the time, especially against an UTG raise. You should post reads.

On the flop with the middle calling the squeeze you should never be folding. Just bet like 6.8 and shove the turn.

When I said that TT always gets 3bet. I can see how you should do it less and less as you move up until it's only for balance.

As for my read, assume the CO is a solid player, 18ish/15ish. I know against a very aggressive player, c/c or c/r is the best, and against a more nitty player I would b/f with about a $5 bet, because any opposition from a nit and I'm beat, and if I check and he checks behind, any card that improves him probably improves him enough to beat me, right?

You need to put people on a lot more specific reads.

That article is good but it's a little out-dated. What matters when you 3bet is what hands your villain is continuing with.
