What would you do on this hand?

I hate the way this one played out but I couldn't think of any better way to approach it, except possibly checking the flop and hoping one of them would catch something. That's dangerous, but this hand was pretty invulnerable on that flop... what do you think? Was I destined to make nothing here?

sometimes thats how these things are, you can't always extract money from your best hands. They most likely have some junk hand or A-x.

Rainbow flop and you got position I would have checked and hoped someone got something. Yes it is vulnerable but you have everything going for you no need to rush even with a small bet like that until some more cards fall.

Top set is usually not very profitable, unless an opponent has an overpair, two pair or a lesser set.

I would probably check here unless one of the players in the hand had showed a proclivity for playing low cards (i.e. Rippy). Further, part of me wonders if this might have paid off more had you not been the preflop raiser (as they might think they can beat you a bit easier).

It figures to be a small pot most of the time anyway.
