    Default What would you do?

Okay I'm at work so I don't have the hand history but here is the situation.

Its a .10/.25 table at PokerStars. I'm BB everyone up to SB folds. SB goes all-in with $15 I have $25 and pocket kings. I thought it was a no-brainer to call this which I did. An A showed up on the turn and SB turned up A/10 suited. I was then told it was a bad call by 3 others on the table. I proceeded to defend my decision to which the response was basically "scoreboard".

Was this a bad call? Honestly, who would have went all-in against the BB holding AA? I figured he had QQ or JJ pre-flop then I would have been a huge favorite. Even with A10s I was a 3-1 favorite right?

Never regret going AI with KK pre-flop.
Up my bankroll - buy Saints Row.

SCOREBOARD did make me LOL tho. I'm gonna have to do that the next time my K9 cracks QQ.

I'm calling all day, every day. Even if he flips AA, still doesn't mean its wrong.

I think you did fine by calling. I know I would.

    Scoreboard? Whats that mean?

It's a term you might use during a hockey game when you are trying to talk some smack (calling them a loser or something) to your opponents when you team is losing the game.

I think he was playing with some short-term results oriented players.

Easy call. Can't expect SB to go AI w/AA there. You're a huge favorite in the long term. Ignore the Scoreboard idiots and scoop their chips later.

KK is behind one hand preflop. Even if Dan Harrington pushed at you, you just can't be sure enough he has AA that you should fold. Ever.

    Wastin' away again in margaritaville....
You will be up against AA very infrequently with your KK compared to the times you will be up against hands you are at least a 3:1 favorite... even when you are vs AA, you'll win ~1/4 times...

Without a major read on the guy, you have to push it.

The people who call scoreboard are always the worst players at the table.

I had a guy say in the chat after calling a 100BB raise preflop with Q7 and beating out another guy's AA "why wouldn't I call when any two cards can win?". Then after half the table lambasted the guy for being a retard he called scoreboard. Excuse me? What a moron.
Light years ahead of the competition.

Thanks guys, I knew I was right its just good to hear it from others. Oh, and I did make notes on all the guys that thought it was a bad move. I'll make sure to play them as often as possible

I'm glad you won't be causing me physical harm now 'rilla
