If I have QQ and 22J pops up after I gave a healthy preflop raise, then all my chips will be in the middle by the time the turn hits. I don't see 22J as a scare board with QQ in hand. There shouldn't be any 2's out there, and you have the J dominated.

I don't mean to bust on your example. Perhaps I'm eluding the meat of the point, so I'll give a different scenerio...

If I have QQ in hand and A 8 K pops, then that's a different story. I would check this flop and fold to a raise. It's not worth the massacre.
