Default What do stats like this mean: (23.4/8.1 over 141 hands)

I saw the above example in a post here on FTR, where the poster was describing his opponent in a hand dealt in a 180 man tourney.

What do the stats mean? And where did the poster get the stats from? Are these something that are available to you as you are playing?

Voluntary Put $ In Pot. A percentage of how often they play hands outside of the blinds, in this case he would be playing 23.4%.
Pre-flop Raise, how often they raise or re-raise a hand preflop, in this case 8.1%.

In order to get these to display, you need Poker Tracker with a HUD program, the most popular being Poker Ace HUD. It will display these and many other stats next to the players names at the table which can help give you an idea of how to play against them. Extremely helpful for multi-tabling, however they will never replace reads.

LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

I can't read. You would be amazed at how long it took to write this post.
