Using Poker Tracker

So I have Poker Tracker and a 20000 hand database, and I want to start looking for leaks and patterns.

Having simple stats like VP$IP etc is all good, but what if I want to find more complex info. Things like
- who I've lost and won money to/from
- all hands where a pocket pair made a set
- win rate for a specific hand in a specific position
etc.

Can poker tracker handle these more complex queries?
