On the turn I'm confused as to why you're confused. You think his range is all draws then wonder what to do when every draw in the world completes on the turn.

As it is though, his range on the turn is Jx some Tx and some flushes/strights. I don't trust a tard like this to fold Jx often enough, it's the topest pair. No matter how good a bluff card this is as a general principle, this theoretical fold equity doesn't often become a reality vs morons. C/F the turn, B/F the flop with c/c being my 2nd choice and often better depending on how good your reads are and villains tendencies.
