I call this for the additional $4.50, and play for a set. I think if you hit your set on the flop, you can start having him play for a lot of his chips.
I compare you stack size (since he has more than you) with the size of the raise. The raise is less than 10% of your stack, and since the odds of you hitting a set and him not hitting his set (assuming he has higher PP) is greater than this %.. I see a call.
Play for stacks here. If I hit the set, I initiate the betting on the flop. Represent TPTK, and have him raise... try to get in all in on the flop.
