I probably check back turn planning to fold to leads and bet river when he checks again. the only hands we are going to miss a street v is 99(miracle to get 3 here probably) and a handful of combos of flush draws which yeah we'd like to charge but if his continuing range is like 88-JJ/couple fds you are way behind it anyway.

once he checks river should be safe to assume his range is like 99 or some second pair type hand like 77

bigger on flop, barrel turn cos there is thin value to be had and he isn't c-raising as a bluff ever = you can get value from the rare flush draws/99/AK/AQ in his range. Check back all rivers that don't give you a set. Checking back turn isn't awful.
