You're gonna really need to A: read the BC digest and have a look at some articles on really basic preflop strategy and B: Start putting your opponents on a range like you're being told to do every time you post a hand. Sure you're gonna suck at it at first, but ffs give it a go. Posting hands looking for everyone to do all the work for you or give you a magical answer is not going to help your poker development very much.
You need to understand how you should be thinking about poker situations. In this hand for example, what's villains range like when he min raises preflop? When he cbets this flop? When he checks the turn? When he checks the river after the turn checks through. To answer your question, yes his range is very weakon this river and he's shutting down here a ton of the time with random overcards. Rarely he'll have some retardedly played monster hand, but the majority of his range here is air or a weak pair, mostly air. So there is no magical exlier you can sprinkle on this pot to suddenly give him 780 combos of 2nd best hands that will pay you off.
Basically you wont get a call out of random A high, K high Q high etc with any bet size that isn't tiny and pointless, so just bet like 20c and get called by all his 9x 8x 7x etc. If he folds his KQ, it doesn't mean you've done anything wrong. You don't own the magical get called elxier so therefore cannot sprinkle it on this pot.
