Default Trips top kicker raised on turn, muck?

I'm having alot of trouble with these spots. Besides deciding what to do on the turn, how do you evaluate the hand on the flop and how do you proceed from there?

Villain is 26/14/1 over 127 hands. His fold to c-bet in single raised pots is 33%, 2 of 6, and 0%, 0 of 1, in 3-bet pots. When villain cold-calls my 3-bet I think he's probably set-mining. When he calls the c-bet, I don't think he has that many worse Q's. Then I turn trips. If I bet again, I'm basically committed.

What do you make of the hand? Would you ever check back the flop? Do you just 2barrel and fold to the turn shove? Or call it?

    I'm totally lost. Thx.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop

    BB ($20.75)
    UTG ($25.58)
    MP ($9.75)
    CO ($5.70)
    Hero (Button) ($25)
    SB ($25)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, A
1 fold, MP bets $0.75, 1 fold, Hero raises to $2.60, 1 fold, BB calls $2.35, 1 fold

    Flop: ($6.05) 2, 10, Q (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $4, BB calls $4

    Turn: ($14.05) Q (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $8, BB raises to $14.15 (All-In), Hero ?

It's 6.15 to hero, pot odds of 15%.

    snap call
you could be splitting, he could have KQ, TT, JJ, AT.

No, I wouldn't ever check the flop because it's unlikely he has KK or AA so really the only hand that beats us is TT (1 combo of QQ on the flop). He may spazz with something like AJ if we bet.

The only thing this turn does is improve our hand vs his range in case he slowplayed AA or KK. Other than that nothing changes and betting is super standard especially because a lot of people think that when the board pairs a card it's not possible for anyone to have trips because of lol-cardremoval.

Do you have any reads on how he reacts to 3bets/why did you 3b PF?

Why do you think he doesnt have a Q when he calls the cbet? I mean, if he has a Q he's obviously continuing so you must think he's going to c/r flop with a Q?

I don't think you can EVER fold here. Look at the incredible odds you're getting. You have to be good like never to break even on calling. Plus, I don't see why he cant have KQ, QJs here.

I play it the same except I probably bet smaller on the turn because he's forced to shove or fold based on how little is left behind, and I don't expect him to shove AT but I expect him to call again if you bet smaller. Then, shove river if he calls.

Villain is BB and cold-called the 3-bet before the original raiser folded. I think that gives him an unusually narrow range.

When he calls flop I think his range is AA, KK, QQ, TT, AKss, rarely JJ and other AK hands.
OTT i think his range narrows to QQ, TT, AA, sometimes KK. Given that there are 4 combos that beat you and 9 you beat, you have to discount AA and KK pretty heavily to fold here, plus you are getting excellent odds to hit your 7 outs for the house (if he doesnt have QQ obv).

Yeah, it sucks when they show up with the 5th Q.
