Default TPTK OOP, how to slow down?

    I 4-table 20NL on Prima network.

Say, I have around ~$20 and get dealt AQs MP1. UTG & UTG+1 fold to me, I raise to 4x bb. MP2 calls, MP3 calls, CO ($20 stack) calls. BB calls.

    Flop (pot $3.7)

    Qd Jh 9c

BB checks, I bet $3, MPs fold, CO calls, BB folds.

    Turn (pot $9.7)

    blank

    Hero ($16.4 left) ??

It's a dangerous board and I only have TPTK. Sometimes it's enough on these limits, sometimes the villain is just slowplaying the straight, two pair or a set. I usually fire at least a 3/4 pot sized bet here but it makes me pretty damn pot committed and if the guy just cold calls the bet I'll be in a difficult situation on the river. I don't really want to bet weak or check and fold to a bet/raise because the guy could just be holding AQ/KQ/JT/T9 or even AT/AJ/A9 (I play (really) aggressive postflop and have a loose table image).

If you have a pretty good idea of how the guy will play, check the turn. Best players to face here are the ones who make big bets as a matter of course to protect/bully - you can then raise them back knowing that they're almost certainly bluffing. Equally, if they make a smaller than normal bet, you'll be aware they might be trying to keep you playing. For other, more passive players, reverse the two choices. Get them confused - works wonders.

Tough one. I think he's open ended. I put him on AT. Bet $5. Have balls.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

Had almost the exact same hand this weekend. $25NL 6MAX.

I held AKos and the board was:

    K J 9

very tight passive tbl but the opp was newly arrived and neither
    of us had reads.

I bet out 3x PFR got 1 caller.

I bet $1.50 on the flop and he raised me to $3.50.

He had about $7 left in his stack at that point. I had about $20 left in
    mine.

I pushed all-in and he called with QT. Didn't get any further than TPTK
    on the board.

I know I misplayed the hand by calling/raising. It occured to me that even in 6MAX (where people go in with all sorts of garbage) there is no way he would raise that hand unless he had 2pr or better or TPTK like me.
