if there is ever a spot where your 'gut' is good for making decisions in poker this is perhaps sort of one of those spots. hard to comment much about whether to call or not really because while u are playing this hand ur mind is absorbing everything that is going on around u so u gotta just do ur best to put together all the reads: timing/avatar/location/hands played/time of day/your image/how long this dude has gone without winning a hand/his ego level-style/does he chat box? etc etc etc and from there the scale will tip u one way or the other.

Here's a couple of reads I've picked up...

Russia = fish > 75%
UK = fish > 50%
Monaco = beware
Jamaica = just discovered internet
Germany = probably wanking into shit
China = autistic mathematical abilities

I only ever picked up one avatar read, even though I turn them off now because they upset my symmetry...

Child = recreational player, probably doesn't like to gamble because he wants his kid to go to Yale and be a doctor and his wife is nagging at him to not lose too much money, and has limited experience because he hasn't got the time to grind 6+ hours a day because his little sprog is so fucking demanding.
