Does it have to do with AA having a higher straight than KK and 66 having a higher low straight than AA? I am confused any help would be appreciated.
the minuscule equity differences will come from AA blocking a bunch of KK's 4 card straights, some of KK's set outs will help make AA a straight, and if you weren't paying attention to suits when you punched stuff into stove, you could affect equity also. AhAd vs 6h6d compared to AhAd vs 6s6c due to the lack of 4card flush equity being blocked in the former example etc etc etc but as other stated, this is purely academic and shouldn't have any impact on your play so don't worry about it.
