imo, 10-15 is fine. just expect your "analysis" to take awhile to develop. meaning, analyze after 250 hands, not each individual session.
tables online fill up and fall apart quick enough that you dont always get the time you do when playing live. however, with the advent of pokertracker, and such, you can develop your "reads" over time.
i dont want to play for only 10 minutes, either. but if thats all you have, thats all you have. make the most of it. just dont micromanage your game to death.
to answer your question: if you have experience and have developed a "style" that works, for you, then its not time thats important anymore...its the number of hands you are dealt. and it doesnt much matter, to me, if its in small increments or one marathon. its just the numbers of hands i consider a session.
and theres also something to be said for shorter sessions. you dont tend to "play the player" as much. which for lower stakes can be a key to becoming a winning player, for some people. the "ptp" stuff will come later...once winning.
this is not assuming you suck, so, dont take offense. i'm trying to answer generically because there is a "beginner" out there that will read this shortly.
