Time to move?

Okay, so I've built up a semi-okay bankroll of over $500. I did the $50 Stars bonus. From what I have gathered the microstakes game at Stars seems pretty crappy with the rake and bonuses that don't cater to lowrollers. Is now a good time to maybe move my money to another site and work a new bonus? If so, as a US player what would you recommend?

Pretty sure there's a post somewhere devoted to bonus whoring. Sorry I can't seem to find where, but I definitely did read it here a couple months ago and it was good.

Yeah, I saw the stickied post, but it was pretty outdated and was pre-legislation.
