yes that is tilt,

he is repping at least an ace. you should be very cautious about betting that turn, calling that turn, and fold the river. god job getting up and leaving before you tilted even more $$ away. this used to commonly happen to me after losing a hand similarly as your QQ v AA hand. It would usually happen on a big pocket pair, and usually with an overcard on the board.

Thankfully I have played shorter sessions and avoided these things. Once you are able to stop doing this, you will make much more $$.
