Agree with keith about the kq, just let it go. At the second level the blinds are only 15/30, you're much better of playing tight the first several levels, maybe seeing a few cheap flops in position with pairs and sc's.
As for the 64 hand, I think limping on the button or folding is ok here depending on how well you can play post flop, but that board texture is awful for your hand. Folding after the first bet given the board is probably the best option, because all you can really hope for is to boat up, and you're just spewing chips to do so.
