thinking about giving pot limit a try but i have a couple ?s

First how big does my BR need to be in relation the the blinds? Second question is there a good population of fish like at limit and no limit. Last question what are some good sources for actually learning the play pl properly?

From the PL experience I've had they're even fishier than the NL games
