was +4 buyins to start, played a solid 1k hands.. then i extended my session too long and donked away 6 buyins.

rules i broke today:
1. played too long of a session
2. went wayy too far with 2 pair on flop
3. tilted after #2
4. paid off everyone's river-minraise or river c/r (lost them all).
