Default Straight-flush draw in 3 way pot facing all-in (at the micros)

I got myself into an interesting situation with a spewy fish (50/15/4.0) in the CO, and a Reg (19/8/3.3) in SB

    Merge Network $0.02/$0.04 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players
    Hero (BB): $4.00
    UTG: $5.02
    UTG+1: $3.08
    UTG+2: $8.77
    MP1: $2.87
    MP2: $4.34
    CO: $5.62
    BTN: $2.20
    SB: $3.97

Pre Flop: ($0.06) Hero is BB with Q K
    2 folds, UTG+2 raises to $0.12, 2 folds, CO calls $0.12, 1 fold, SB calls $0.10, Hero calls $0.08
With 3 other people about to see the flop, I don't have a problem calling KQs in the BB. (Right??)
    Flop: ($0.48) T Q J (4 players)
SB bets $0.28, Hero raises to $1.06, UTG+2 folds, CO raises to $5.50 all in, SB calls $3.57 all in, Hero...???
I got pretty much the flop I wanted. I think it's safe to assume this flop hit everyone's range pretty hard. I'm likely up against TPTK, or 2 pair, possibly a set, and a made straight, but I could beat it w/ one of my 9 flush outs or tie it w/ one of the 6 straight outs.
As far as I can tell, I have 15 outs if I'm optimistic, maybe 13 or 14 assuming someone else holds an Ace. Either way, but the time the all-in comes around to me that's 3.3:1 pot odds vs my ~2.5:1 drawling hand. I think.
I guess the question isn't really whether I should stack off here at the end; it's whether or not I open-shove the flop instead of just making a standard 3x raise and later calling. Thoughts?

Can't even consider folding. TPGK + OESFD... Fist pumping this flop and calling the jam.

It's hard to find a range for Villain that has hero getting bad odds to call.

You can't open shove the flop since you're not given the opportunity to open.

Against QQ and Ah2h, you have 20.3% equity, and that's almost enough to call. That's also the lowest I could get your equity here.

    edit: No brainer call.

The call pre is good i think. You have always your outs but you are facing two players and may be one of them (the small) mush have the cheese. I bet a little less in flop and call both after as played...

Ooops, you're right. I meant shove his bet, as opposed to just making a non-shove raise as I did.

Well even if I'm up against a worst case scenario, how do we do the math here? So Let's say my equity is 20%, how is this a boarder line? (No, I'm not entirely familiar w/ how these equations work, so be easy on me, guys.)

Regardless of this however, I was wondering about whether I shove the flop right after tight/sane villain leads into me rather than just making a standard raise. As it turned out the MP maniac gets it in anyway (which is no big surprise considering how crazy he is), but would I rather 1) risk them folding to a shove from me, or would I rather 2) risk them possibly calling and seeing the turn, or worse, having the tight SB continue w/ a much better hand when I don't hit my flush on the turn?
