fire 1/2ish pot or c/c depending on what he would think of you I guess.

if he isn't merging on the turn when he bets he probably checks back very often since he won't really have many pure bluffs in his betting range given his flop call. Like KJ/QJ likely don't bet...AJ/JT/KQ/TT/88 will...he may or may not fire the turn with 99 etc. I don't really see any air in his range, so c/c kinda sucks it just allows you to get pwnd and you'll have to fold most rivers, and may get sucked into a crying call due to 'pot odds' if you bink your Q.

I lean towards c/f unless he bets small.
