Hand 1: If you choose to c bet this board you will need to fire missed turns and rivers a good amount. Although we know that villain's range is never too strong on this board, I still cannot "trust" him to fold much of his preflop flatting range. I check/fold here a lot and just move on, unless I have reads that villain can read ranges well enough to fold marginal hands on non threatening boards when facing aggression.
Hand 2: I think this is pretty standard.
