    Default Splitting the pot

The only pot splitting I know of is when two people end up with the same exact hand. In that case the pot is split equally. Right?

I have seen lots of times when the interface (Empire) will split up a pot in uneven proportions. It may be because they were all in and I didn’t notice it but it makes me wonder….Is there any case where a pot will be split unevenly (assuming nobody is all in)?

the only time a pot will be split unequally is when a player is all in, unless theres an extra cent in the pot or something and its split multiway

I like sometimes when the pot is an odd number and i get that extra cent. I am a better player for that.

yeah, as I understand it, say there is 505 in a pot to be split between two players, one player gets 252 and the other gets 253. The larger stack goes to the player nearest to the button.
