#2 if you're going to stack off with TPWK with A9s, you're probably better off folding PF to the UTG+1 raise. Stacking off when a bunch of obvious draws come on the river is not good. It's a perplexing bet from villain, but I don't see much value in raising either.

Flop is a way ahead/way behind scenario usually so I don't like the raise because it possibly folds out worse hands and gets called by better, and depending on his stats this flop hits his range much harder than it does yours. Despite his retarded bet sizing, since there are no draws (apart from a gutshot) to be worried about, I think it's ok to take a passive line and try to get to showdown cheaply.
