Hand 1: I think you know what's up with the river here. To give you something else to think about involving this situation, if you have 41% equity on the river here you break even. Do you think have more equity than that?
Hand 2: Yes, you can just call his bet if you want, and there's nothing wrong with that. Your check/raise is fine too. If he only calls with {TT+, 55-33} it's about break even, and his calling range is probably looser than that making it +EV. It's also worth mentioning that you're not getting better hands to fold, so it's not a bluff. You're hoping to get money in on this street with an equity advantage, making your raise for value.
Hand 3: For me it's hard to say because his flop range is presumably pretty wide. As played against his lolable bet-sizing, I'd say it's fine.
