Default Slansky's probability chart and FTR's chart

I've been studying slanksy's probability chart and when I checked out FTR's outs and pot odds page I noticed they are different.

Slansky's chart shows one column for 47 seven unseen cards which is combarable to the first chart and infact, except for the first figure, exactly the same.

The Slansky's second column is for 45 unseen cards (the river) and starts at 4.4% with one 1 out and ends with 69.7% with 20 outs. It says 64.5% for 18 outs which is much much much different than 39.1%

    whats the deal?

I may be wrong but i think the first column is holdem and the second column is Omaha.
Poker is all about the long long long long long long long term . . .
