This specific spot is either +EV or it isn't. If it is, you shouldn't be folding any % of the time and if it isn't, you shouldn't be calling any % of the time.

Harrington / Sklansky style randomizations are intended for balancing against very sophisticated opponents when you start having to worry about game theory optimal play. You're not even close to that level so you're going to end up making -EV plays if you're playing the same spot differently.
