I remember something in Harrington of Holdem, where he would use the second hand on his watch. So, I'd obviously assume that when PTW is deciding whether to call or fold, if when he looks at the second hand on his watch he sees the hand between 1-36, he will call. And if it's between 37-60, he folds. But that's only an assumption.
