So it's basically you're opinion that were I to play with a full stack (assuming it was actually in my account for the sake of argument) I'd have hit ~120 profit instead of ~60?

At least so far (almost 3 hours in) I feel like when I hit big people are going to pay me off because "oh, it's just another $4. just another $6", etc. As opposed to usual when I'm like "wonder if he'll fold the flop or the turn to my set".

Note that I've never done this before so I'm putting it out there for opinions and commentary.
