I think I may have to change the setup to playing less sessions for a longer period. After thinking about this properly and looking at some of my sessions it seems I tend to lose a little money in the first 30 mins then make it up and more over the next 1-3 hours.

Thats it then, I think less sessions for a longer period s better. Thanks again for your comments/opinions, they have been very helpful.
