PREFLOP I think is fine; I'm sure KMIND is a better player(Positive actually) but I think a fold PF is way nitty esp in CO position. It feels like villian is a fish and is probably stacking off with worse, yet if you weren't comitted why did you even bet the turn? You've put in over 10% of your stack now and should have a comitment decision before betting; yet you hit what you'd hoped for and are still unsure? I think it's a shove.

I am unsure because of the min raise, that's what throws me off.
