Saved Hands Disappearing?

OK, on PokerStars I have a folder where my hands are supposed to go to be saved for 10 days.

As soon as I log out of PokerStars and try to find them in the folder, the folder is empty?

Anyone got any ideas what's going on?

Do you use HM? or PT?

I use PT. But I am talking about where my hands are saved from PokerStars, I don't think it has anything to do with PT.

When PT imports hands it's probably moving them to an Archive so it doesn't constantly import the same hands over and over. HM does this. It took me a while to find out why I kept losing my pokerstars notes, and it was HM was moving everything in the Pokerstars folder that was HTML into archive.

Hmm, I keep my notes and I have my hand history, as long as I am logged in to PT and PS. As soon as I log out, they just disappear.

Are they still in PT?? If they are then look for a setting in options "move hands to archive after import" and see what folder they are in.

Ah OK, thanks. I just figured out that it's when I log out of PT that does it, so it's not PS.

Yeah the hands & sessions are still in PT. I know what folder they should be in as they are in it when I am still logged into PT. As soon as I log out though, it's like the folder deletes itself.

Ask pascal if he might have deleted them
