Running Cold.
I've had a few killer days of poker where I was running extremely hot. I multiplied my bankroll X 10. Now, though, I've blown half of it back. Still way ahead, but I've definitely turned cold.
I've seen some horrendous beats, and some of it I can safely say that I was simply outplayed or overplayed my hand.
Right now I'm certain I'm not playing my best poker, so it's time to take a few days off and cool off and come back to it with a fresh perspective... maybe do some reading.
I was wondering what you guys to handle cold runs. Do you play through them... or step back and come back reinvigorated?
I fully understand that my cold run is just the balance for my hot run... I just want to get away from it before I end up back where I was... thoughts?
